Senator Crucius Tarpas Tarpas is an elderly human male who possesses thinning white hair which surrounds a balding pate. He is small of stature and stooped a bit with age. Tarpas longs for the glory days of the city (though even he is not old enough to have seen them personally) and is in complete agreement with the plan to send adventurers out into the world to save their city. Tarpas is beginning to grow senile, and has trouble following topics of conversation for long. It is likely he will soon be asked to step down as a Senator. He is found at the Senate and his home in the fourth district. Ederonna Tarpas Ederonna Tarpas is a tall, elegant human woman with white hair and a haughty expression. The epitome of a Matriarch, Ederonna enjoys the lifestyle her husband's power has brought them and fears losing it when he retires. Her two sons are her hope that she will continue to be one of the elite of the city. Ederonna looks down on the workers in her district, and sees them as tools to use in her own pursuits. Best place to learn of her whereabouts is her home. Persicus Tarpas The eldest son, Persicus is nineteen and serves as a sergeant in the Legion. He is a stout, handsome young man who knows his future lies in the political arena, following his father. It is hoped his stint in the legion will season the boy and give him credibility in the Senate. Persicus is polite and well-spoken, but lacks a will of his own, his life and decisions having been planned for him from birth. Liacanthry Tarpas Liacanthry is the youngest Tarpas at eighteen. He is shorter than his brother but more muscular. Not as handsome but fiercely independent, Liacanthry is a respected Optio in the legion. Known to be brave and stalwart, his men and superiors alike have great confidence in him While it is hoped he too will follow his father into politics, Liacanthry has grown to love military life and is planning to make a career of it. Despite his bravery, however, he has still not informed his mother of this decision. Pontius Malus |
