District One, the Merchant District is where the majority of commerce occurs and is the affluent residential area of the city. District Two, the Temple District, is the center of the city with the Caesar's Palace, the Senate and the places of worship. District Three, the Warehouse District, the most run-down and crime ridden section of the city, with abandon warehouses left from when Il Senso de Acqua was a center of sea trade.

District Four, the Agricultural District is the bread basket of Il Senso, provding the city with food. District Five, is where you will find the majority of the demi-human population. And District Six, is where you will find most of the common people who have little means, but are where the hard working stiffs that drive the city live.
