This area is a melting pot for the demi-human races of Il Senso De Acqua. Years of narrow minded opinions by the rulers of the city have effectively segregated the population into Humans and "others". While many of the demi-human races have little or no say in the rule of the city, the Dwarves have won a niche of respect for themselves by supplying weapons and armor to the Legion.

Naturally, the demi-humans resent their less-than-fair treatment by the city but are as equally fearful of the country outside the wall as the humans. This district is, despite the bigotry, one of the most beautiful areas of the city and crime within it is nonexistent. The current situation is one of an uneasy truce between the city's human powerbase and its demi-human citizens; both sides are strong and an actual confrontation would surely ruin the city. So, for now, both groups wait for further developments.
